Together, we are helping individuals explore careers in construction, access employer-led opportunities and progress into education, apprenticeships and sustainable employment.

Strategic Education & Progression Partner Gower College Swansea supports Constructa Pathways by providing progression opportunities into further education, vocational learning and higher-level qualifications. Working collaboratively, we are helping learners continue developing their skills, gain recognised qualifications and progress into long-term careers within the construction and built environment sectors.

Strategic Employer & STEM Partner   Knights Brown takes a simple view: the surest way to get young people interested in construction is to show them what the work is really like, and to make it something they can picture themselves doing. Drawing on more than a decade of STEM outreach across Wales, delivered in Welsh and English, Knights Brown offers the work experience placements, site visits and new entrant opportunities that turn early curiosity into a real way in. Its approach is deliberately different, using hands-on activities, storytelling and characters of its own making to reach children who might otherwise never consider the industry, and staying in touch with them as they grow. Together, we are building practical, lasting routes for young people across Wales to find their place in the industry.

University, Immersive Learning & Skills Partner University of Wales Trinity Saint David is supporting Constructa Pathways to create accessible and inspiring routes into construction, the built environment and higher education. Through the partnership, UWTSD will support venue provision, immersive learning experiences, access to its Scaffolding Academy and higher education progression routes, helping participants experience different aspects of the construction industry and understand the opportunities available to them. The partnership brings together practical skills, innovative learning and academic progression, demonstrating that there is no single route into construction. Participants can explore pathways ranging from vocational skills and apprenticeships through to higher education and professional careers. By working together, Constructa Pathways and UWTSD will help connect education, skills and industry, broaden aspirations and create clearer progression routes into sustainable careers.

Strategic Local Authority & Employability Partner, through Futureworks, is working in partnership with Constructa Pathways to create clearer routes into construction for young people and adults across Pembrokeshire. The partnership supports local referrals, employability and NEET prevention, connecting participants with employer-led training, industry insight, work experience and progression opportunities.

Strategic Quarrying, Materials & Infrastructure Partner Cymru Quarry Group is a major South Wales supplier of aggregates, asphalt, ready-mix concrete and liquid screed, alongside the delivery of civil engineering, road surfacing, earthworks and wider infrastructure projects. The business operates across a network of quarries, asphalt plants and concrete facilities and has a strong track record of investing in its workforce and local communities. As a Strategic Partner of Constructa Pathways, Cymru Quarry Group will help give learners valuable insight into careers across quarrying, construction materials, plant operations, highways and civil engineering. Strategic Building Services & Engineering Partner CMB Engineering is one of Wales’ leading independent building services contractors, delivering mechanical, electrical, facilities management, renewables, cleanroom, process installation and pre-construction services across Wales and the UK. As a Strategic Partner of Constructa Pathways, CMB Engineering will help provide learners with valuable insight into the wide range of careers available across building services and engineering. Strategic Green Skills & Community Partner Codi Group is a Wales-based not-for-profit organisation delivering housing, care and support services across communities throughout Wales. Through its Green Careers Pathway, Codi is helping young people access sustainable, future-ready careers by combining coaching, employer engagement, practical experiences, training and progression opportunities. As a Strategic Partner of Constructa Pathways, Codi Group helps connect learners with green skills, construction and wider employment opportunities, while supporting inclusive progression for young people who may face additional barriers to entering the workplace. We're pleased to announce that ConstructaSkill Ltd has been approved by GQA Qualifications Limited to deliver the GQA Level 1 Award in Construction Health and Safety. This nationally recognised qualification gives new entrants the essential health and safety knowledge they need to work safely on a construction site. It's a key step towards the CSCS Green Labourer Card, the card most people need to get on site for the first time.
