Together, we are developing employer-led pathways that respond to labour market demand, strengthen regional collaboration and create sustainable opportunities for learners, employers and communities across South West Wales.

Strategic Skills & Economic Growth Partner Constructa Pathways is proud to work alongside the Swansea Bay City Deal to help develop the skilled workforce needed to support regional economic growth. Together, we are creating employer-led pathways that connect learners with industry, develop technical skills and create opportunities for sustainable employment across South West Wales.

Strategic Careers & Guidance Partner Careers Wales plays an important role in supporting Constructa Pathways by providing careers guidance, learner referrals and collaborative working across the region. Together, we are helping individuals explore careers in construction, access employer-led opportunities and progress into education, apprenticeships and sustainable employment.

Strategic Education & Progression Partner Gower College Swansea supports Constructa Pathways by providing progression opportunities into further education, vocational learning and higher-level qualifications. Working collaboratively, we are helping learners continue developing their skills, gain recognised qualifications and progress into long-term careers within the construction and built environment sectors.

Strategic Green Skills & Community Partner Codi Group – Green Careers is a key strategic partner within Constructa Pathways, helping connect learners with employer-led opportunities that support sustainable careers and Wales' transition to a greener economy. Together, we are creating inclusive pathways through construction and green skills by combining coaching, employer engagement, work experience, training and progression opportunities.

Strategic Renewable Energy & Social Value Partner Constructa Pathways is proud to work alongside Bute Energy to inspire future careers in renewable energy and support Wales' transition to Net Zero. Through employer engagement, social value initiatives and industry insight, together we are helping learners understand the opportunities available within the growing green economy.

NatWest | Financial Wellbeing Support NatWest supports the aims of Constructa Pathways by making financial wellbeing resources, including NatWest Thrive, available to participants. Where appropriate, NatWest colleagues may also contribute financial expertise to pathway sessions, helping individuals build financial confidence as they prepare for employment and their future careers.

Through our partnership, Andrew Scott will support employer-led learning through STEM activities, schools engagement, careers inspiration, site visits, industry insight and access to their facilities, helping learners develop the knowledge, confidence and aspirations needed to progress into education, apprenticeships and long-term employment. Strategic Employer & STEM Partner   Knights Brown takes a simple view: the surest way to get young people interested in construction is to show them what the work is really like, and to make it something they can picture themselves doing. Drawing on more than a decade of STEM outreach across Wales, delivered in Welsh and English, Knights Brown offers the work experience placements, site visits and new entrant opportunities that turn early curiosity into a real way in. Its approach is deliberately different, using hands-on activities, storytelling and characters of its own making to reach children who might otherwise never consider the industry, and staying in touch with them as they grow. Together, we are building practical, lasting routes for young people across Wales to find their place in the industry.

University, Immersive Learning & Skills Partner University of Wales Trinity Saint David is supporting Constructa Pathways to create accessible and inspiring routes into construction, the built environment and higher education. Through the partnership, UWTSD will support venue provision, immersive learning experiences, access to its Scaffolding Academy and higher education progression routes, helping participants experience different aspects of the construction industry and understand the opportunities available to them. The partnership brings together practical skills, innovative learning and academic progression, demonstrating that there is no single route into construction. Participants can explore pathways ranging from vocational skills and apprenticeships through to higher education and professional careers. By working together, Constructa Pathways and UWTSD will help connect education, skills and industry, broaden aspirations and create clearer progression routes into sustainable careers.

Strategic Local Authority & Employability Partner, through Futureworks, is working in partnership with Constructa Pathways to create clearer routes into construction for young people and adults across Pembrokeshire. The partnership supports local referrals, employability and NEET prevention, connecting participants with employer-led training, industry insight, work experience and progression opportunities.
