Our Schools Pathway gives young people the opportunity to explore construction, engineering, green careers and the wider built environment before they have to decide what comes next.

Developed in collaboration with employers and education partners, the programme brings industry into education through practical experiences, employer engagement and real-world insight — helping young people build confidence, discover opportunities and begin creating a pathway that is right for them.
