Our Route to Construction programme is designed for young people aged 16+ who want to begin a rewarding career in the construction industry.

Age: 16+
Duration: 7–10 days

Participants benefit from:

• Practical, hands-on construction activities
• Health and safety training
• Level 1 Health and Safety qualification and CSCS card achievement.
• Employer site visits and industry insight
• Employability and job-readiness workshops
• “Achievement of additional industry-recognised certificates.”
• EFAW First Aid certificate
• A celebration event and guaranteed final interview with a local employer

The programme provides more than qualifications—it creates a clear pathway into employment, an apprenticeship or further industry training.
